Whether you need spiritual guidance, energetic support, or are experiencing a major life transition these 1:1 Custom Yoga Nidra sessions with Jackie are designed to help aid you wherever you are on your journey.

These 1:1 Yoga Nidra Sessions are $150 for each session

Each purchase includes the following

• Prescreening 15 min Assessment  (video call via zoom)

  This prescreening includes an intake form followed by a a 15 minute video zoom call to review this intake form and to learn more about where you are in your journey to provide you with better guidance

  Each Prescreening must be done one week prior to your Personal Yoga Nidra Session - timing is important here and your assessment call must be booked when you book your 1:1 One Hour Session with Jackie

• Private and REMOTE 1:1 One-Hour Reiki Infused Yoga Nidra Session (hosted via zoom)

  This Yoga Nidra Session is designed specifically for you and your needs based on your assessment.

• A follow up email is included to provide you with expert coaching guidance and insight on how to move forward in your journey

Terms and conditions

• All Yoga Nidra sessions are written and crafted by Jackie herself.

• All 1:1 one hour yoga nidra sessions will be recorded via zoom for you to keep to practice on your own outside of the scheduled one hour healing session
