What we do

  • Aiding you in your mind, body, spirit connections through habit building. This is an intuitively integrative coaching approach. Helping you build healthy habits to become more in tune with your unique resonance.

  • Training with us isn’t about quantity, it’s about quality. We don’t promote long hours at the gym three times a week. We coach the Mike Mentzer method to a strength training regimen. This high intensity weightlifting technique will get you to where you got to go with the least amount of setbacks. Giving you the confidence you need to build a strong healthy body inside and outside  of the gym. Helping you age more gracefully.

  • Self-healing happens when we are in the parasympathetic nervous system, even when it comes to recovery from workouts. We coach you how to increase your bandwidth through your mind, body, spirit connection so that you can readily access this state of ebb and flow more frequently. Helping you navigate life challenges with more ease, all while improving your track records inside and outside the gym.

  • We approach nutrition coaching with no food restrictions applied. We focus on sustainability through simple calorie and macro tracking. Allowing you to build healthy habits that will stick for you and your unique lifestyle.

  • We coach natural holistic ways to approach at-home parasite cleansing for parasitic overgrowth. We walk you through each step giving you all the tools and information you need to support your mind/body/spirit to help you acknowledge, understand and address this matter on your own and/or with your healthcare provider. We also offer guidance on maintenance for those who want to integrate this into their lifestyle to help you to maintain a healthy terrain upon completion of your first cleanse. 

    This option is NOT included in any plan but can be added to a one year plan for an additional charge.

How we get there

  • Purpose

    Together we will collect data to establish where you are in your journey, and the road map to get you to your feel-good-self

    This phase includes the following

    • Client Intake Interview

    • 7 day food & drink journal

    • Jump Start Call

    • Your core values, goals and why

    • Assessment of patterns, daily habits, and any limiting beliefs

    From there we will work together to determine where to start and

    make the necessary changes as we move into Phase Two

  • Purpose

    To focus on building healthy habits and restoring metabolism.

    Here we will work to embrace strength training and building

    core habits, while we look to understand and incorporate the

    basics of stress and recovery, nutrition and metabolic health.

    In order to lose fat, we must do it from a place of strength.

    We cannot diet or lose fat from a position of weakness.

    Depending on what type of “dieter” you are, we will go down

    one path or another.

    There are two types of “dieters”...

    The Experienced Dieter and The Dabbler.

  • PURPOSE

    TO ACCELERATE FAT LOSS WITH A DEEP CALORIE DIP WHILE WE MAINTAIN LEAN MUSCLE

    In this phase, we are focused on fat loss by way of a calorie

    deficit with macro awareness and knowledge plus movement.

    Guess what! There are no limitations to what you can eat

    or drink. Nothing is off limits. At this point, it is highly

    recommended that you track your food and drink intake

    through MyFitnessPalTM using your meal plan tools and food

    scale.

    During this phase you will learn a variation of calorie cycling

    and food tracking strategies to help you remain consistent

    to your plan. When it comes to fat loss, the only way to drive

    results is by consistency and compliance.

    Once you’ve completed the lean out phase we will then work

    together to integrate these habits and behaviours so that they

    become part of your life.

  • PURPOSE

    TO RECOVER WHILE WE INTEGRATE WHAT WE HAVE LEARNED AND MAKE IT A SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE.

    Once you have completed the lean out phase, we will

    incorporate reverse diets, maintenance and or muscle building

    strategies to prevent adaptations and plateaus as well as help

    you maintain your Feel-Good-Self.

    This isn’t another diet where you quit and regain the weight all

    over again, this is a lifestyle change.
